AND ONE FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
This Friday, July 18, The Dark Knight FINALLY arrives in theaters! In honor of the release, we will be having our very own BATMAN LONG WEEKEND, where we’ll try our best to give the Caped Crusader some of the limelight he deserves.
On Thursday, Thea will review ‘the Alpha’–Frank Miller’s Batman Year One, and give a brief recap of Batman Returns. Then, we’ll do a joint review of Alan Moore’s The Killing Joke…with a slight twist. We’ll be using the voices of the Joker and Batman to write our review.
On Friday, Thea will review The Dark Knight (since the lucky, lucky girl will be seeing it early on Thursday. In IMAX.)!
Saturday, we’ll discuss Arkham Asylum, and a joint review of ‘the Omega’–Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns. We’ll close the weekend out on Sunday with a poll for The Best of Batman…and get ready for all the madness to start back up again with The X-Files!

Katie–MUWAHAHAHAHA! Yes, yes I have early tickets and I will gloat! :p I have my joker tee ready to go, I know I’ll be in line FOREVER but I can’t wait. My bf and I are leaving work super early to make sure we get good seats :p
